Happy 100 Days of School! Download these FREE Activities!

Hard to believe we have already been in school for almost 100 days! The one hundredth day of school for my kids is on Feb. 16th.
This is a big milestone for students during the school year. Especially, during an ongoing pandemic. We are lucky to have made it this far into the school year without having to go 100% virtual again.

Early learners and seasoned students all have a reason to celebrate this year! I created 3 fun printables for the ‘100th Day of School’ for my kids classes. I’m sharing them here so you can download them FREE!

Also, check out my list of fun ways to celebrate ‘100 Days of School‘ inside and/or outside of the classroom!

100 Days of School: Fun and Creative Ideas to Celebrate:

  1. Create a 100th Day of School Poster
This can be done either in class or at home. It is also a great group activity. Have kids stick 100 stickers onto the poster, write out 100 reasons they love learning, you name it. You can really do anything on a poster.
  2. Brainstorming a list of 100 acts of kindness
How many can you and your kids come up with? This activity can teach kids about respect and kindness, which is highly beneficial for social-emotional learning.
  3. Make a Shirt
There are different ways you can go about doing this, but fabric markers on a plain white tee is probably the easiest. You can write 100 with big numbers, draw 100 little designs or glue 100 items to the shirt. Kids can wear their shirts to school or out somewhere for a special celebration!
  4. Dress Up as an 100-Year-Old
You are sure to get at least a few good laughs from friends, teachers, the students, and other parents with 100th Day of School dress-up and costume ideas. Kids love dressing up! Glasses, Suspenders, Pearls, Wrinkles drawn on with eye-liner. This is fun and easy!! Use baby powder or white hair spray for easy gray hair!!
  5. 100th Day of School Scavenger Hunt
You can definitely get creative with this activity! Hide 100 paper cut-outs, popsicle sticks, beads… anything! It goes without saying, but just make sure it’s age appropriate (don’t use anything that can be a choking hazard for small children).
  6. Make pizzas with 100 toppings
In school, this can be done by printing our free worksheet. Have the students add 100 toppings to their pizzas by drawing or gluing items on. At home, you can make pizzas to eat! I buy pre-made dough from the local pizza shop, but you can find it in most grocery stores. If your kids don’t like different toppings, have them count the pieces of shredded cheese 🙂

  7. Read 100 Books
This can’t really be done in 1 day, but accomplishing this will have your kid beaming with pride!
Print and cut out these fun bookmarks to help keep your page! Download the FREE 100 Days of School Bookmarks here.
  8. 100 Days Smarter Coloring Page
Kids can color it in and take a picture with it when it’s done! Adorable and a great memory maker!

  9. Ice cream sundaes with 100 sprinkles!
Of course this is our favorite! Yummy ice cream with toppings. Have your little ones count the sprinkles!! Pretty much self-explanatory and the kids love this one!!

Happy 100th Day of School!
Sincerely hope the rest of the school year is happy and healthy for you and your little student!
